Main Mechanical Configuration:
 
Main Body
	- Machine main configuration use casting iron and steel plate .
- Main transmission roller use seamless steel tube after surface hardening and chromel and dynamic balance treatment.
- Main transmission press roller is rubber roller.
- Feeding roller is metal roller and rubber roller .
- Main transmission and rewinding drive by synchronization wheel & belt.
- The main press roller up and down is controlled by pneumatic.
 
 
 
Unwinding part
	- Unwinding device is independent ,it uses steel framed structure
- Install one set of removable loading device . move guide rail use ABBA import element.
- Chuck is 3 inches, controlled by hydraulic locking device
- Loading device up and down controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder at left and right.
- Unwind brake is 10kg brake , tension is controlled by manual .
- One set of heavy duty LPC device .
 
 
 
Rewinding part
	- Machine with round knife device
- Round knife shaft up and down is controlled by manual.
- One rubber bent roller with manual adjustable direction
- Rewinding shaft uses a air shaft with a 3 inches paper core
- Rewinding tension is manual tension
- Unloading uses removable way , loading by hydraulic lift .
- 1 set of air tube and a waste blower
- Rewind by 10kg clutch.
 
 
 
Electric part
	- Main inverter YASKAW 7.5KW
- Main motor 7.5kw
- Rewind tension is controlled by manual.
- The functions with automatic reduce the speed and automatic stop.
- The functions with indication at the end of material.
- The functions with set reduce the speed advance and stop.
- The functions with fault indication.
